Spread the Cloth Diaper Love Rules
Before making your nomination, please read the rules of this campaign carefully.
The deadline for nominations is February 28 for online and faxed entries and mailed entries must be post marked by February 26.
The number of winners chosen will be determined depending on the amount of donations we receive between now and March 9.
--You may not nominate yourself to be a the Spread the Cloth Diapers Love recipient.
--You may only nominate one family. If the same person submits more than one nomination, all nominations by that person will be void.
--If a family receives more than one nomination, it will not increase their chances to be chosen as a recipient.
--We would prefer that your nominations be confidental. We would like for the recipients to be surprised by the nominations, yet not upset if they are not chosen.
--Chosen recipients will not pay a shipping fee. This is a gift with no strings attached, and the family will be able to keep the diapers if they so choose.
--To help as many families as possible, nominees who are current recipients of Miracle Diapers loans are ineligible.
--Diapers will not be marked as Miracle Diapers property, therefore may be sold to obtain new diapers when the child outgrows the diapers. Some diapers may be marked as seconds, but all diapers will be new.
--All diapers given will be new, and may be first, second, or third quality condition. Any manufacturer warranty is voided and the diapers may not be returned to the manufacture for any repair, replacements, or returns.
--All bundles will be prepackaged, therefore we are not able to accommodate style or brand preference.
--Miracle Diapers volunteers may nominate families, but they may not be nominated.
--All nominations will be reviewed by the Spread the Cloth Diaper Love Board of Directors Committee.
--For an unbiased decision, all names (nominees and those nominating) will be omitted from entries prior to review of nominations.
--If you know someone who would like to nominate a family but does not have computer access, they may submit their entry via mail or fax. Mailed entries must be post marked by February 26.
